According to the Kawasaki Spec sheet for this bike:
Max Recommended load: 342Lbs (riders and gear)

Me and my fiancé total 362Lbs and the engine could care less, it zip´s around very well. The suspention feels fine with touring type driving. BUT, I would not try high speed manuver´s/cornering with that kind of a load on the suspention.
