nether it sound like you are draining the carb boles if it Stalls. check youy fuel hose going to the carbs from the petcock in the bottom left of your gas tank towards the back . take the pet cock out and clean the screen that is on your petcock . it is all ways good to check the batt./connections but the starter if you push the butten and starter dose not turn then it will be starter silanoid / batt. / volt regulator /stater / starter cables / ground good luck
