I am turning my 78´ kz750 twin into a cafe racer. Does anyone have any good suggestions or advise for performance and physical improvements.

I already have a two into one pipe (fairly straight) drag bars, k&N filter. And am trying to dial in the jetting.

Any good words would be appreciated.
