I don´t know for sure but my seat-o-the-pants dyno tells me its more like 60 lb-ft. I have no refernce for that but i have dumped the clutch on it from a standstill and pulled the front wheel off the ground. It didn´t hold it for long but it did pop up and smoke the back tire.
