Fire, fuel, and air needed.
Sounds like you´ve got fire to a point.
If electric start make sure battery is like new and fully charged.
remove plugs and ground plug thread to frame and see if spark is there when turning over. Don´t hold onto it-you´ll get shocked!
Are you flooding out or no fuel?
