| Hi to all , I am in the need of some technical help. Here is my problem and this is what we have checked. My problem is that the bike will not produce any power about 3/4 throttle. The bike will start to pop and miss at full throttle. Feels like ti has some sort of rev limiter device goinf on, which they do not have. So this is what we have done: Checked and tried many new spark plugs Pulled the carburetta off and cleanded twice now replaced the coil, lead and plug cap, Cleaned air filter, fuel filter in petcock replaced fuel with brand new fuel pulled th top end off to check if the rod bearing was faulty or any part of the top end was faulty check all electrical connections and metered out pins as per the book Check the time case area, by removing the cover and checking for correct timming settings. Checked all electrical wired to ensure no shorts. Check Reed Valve, and exhuast wast valve for correct operation The only thing left is the black box and the optical igition sensor. Has any one see this sort of problem before |
