2010 People 4T - did they make them

My daughter just bought a 2010 Kymco People 50 4T. Everywhere I look concerning models and years indicates that all 2010 People 50´s were 2 strokes. Am I missing something here? She lives in Florida so I would expect this was sold for US market.
