Bike has trouble starting but once it starts I get up to 3rd gear and it starts to loose power also if I slow down to long it cuts off and losses power. My spark plug boot was loose from the guy I purchased it from.is it a bad spark plug. The bike will open up get me to second gear and start loosing power then suddenly it will gain power back
