Hello mate i think the higher figure is the crank KW or BHP here in uk, the end can is very restrictive though and so is airbox, we cut and shut the end can and in the airbox are two funnels remove these and cut them down it responds much much better, these arent quick bikes though and there is only so much you can do to em. Just make it breathe better you may need to rejet may not, Your best bet is to sell it and buy something faster
