I have the 300R. It is strictly off road. Although both models have front and rear lights, you might notice the tail light for the 300 has a license plate holder and illuminates the plate. As for final drive ratios etc. I am still researching all of that.The full answer to your question is a little hard to find. Perhaps a trip to a Kawasaki dealership can yield a more complete comparison.
