hey there, my first bike was the klr250(the predecessor to this bike). I thoroughly enjoyed the bike, i rode it through the city and off road quite a bit and never had a problem. This bike is even better now that kawasaki added the electric start, the klr had the kick start which was a pain. I´m looking into buying this bike for myself in the next couple of months. My old one handled great and took quite a bit of abuse(from being dumped) but it kept on. I love kawasaki, and am looking forward to this bike. Its great for a novice rider and has a very comfortable ride. I´m planning on using it for on and off roading. Good luck, hope u like it!
