| Hey mate, i asked this very same question to my local kawasaki dealer 3 days ago, he said it can be done, you need to find a kick starter off an older klx300 with all the parts and it should be able to be fitted, however he also said that it is more trouble than its worth, he quoted me approx $600AUD to have it done, but if the bushes in the idle gear wear out and snaps off it can actually bust open the motor casing. It´s really just a matter of weighing up and pros and cons and making a decision, i decided not to get a kicker put on my bike. |
