Hey everyone, I´m new to this site and desperate for help. I´ve been riding and racing motocross for over 20 years and have always done my own motor work and even built my first custom about 3 yrs ago. That being said, this KLX 110 clutch is whooping my butt. I bought the bike for a kid in the neighborhood so he doesn´t feel left out when me and my family goes to ride on weekends. The bike was barely slipping the clutches in secong and third gear with a bigger person on it. My oldest son installed some new clutch plates and springs in it last week and now it won´t move when put in gear. I wasn´t there when he first installed them but everything seems to be correct. Clutch adjustment is normal and has normal slack in cable. Side cover isn´t in a bind against pressure plate when tightening. When bike is started and put into gear you feel it go in good and solid but you let out the clutch and nothing, same in second and third gear. If you have it not running and push it and dump the clutch in gear it locks up the back wheel like it will push start.
