I just bought a 2005 KLR650 this week for my wife (5´5") I´ve already ordered the scootworks lowering arms. They will drop the bike up to 3".
You can also shave foam out of your seat. I´m ordering her a Corbin seat after I get the lowering arms done, then we´ll know if the seat will be dished or not. If dished, that will lower the bike an addition 1 1/2".
