I am an old rider from back in the late 60´s. Been off motorcycles for 15 years but the KLR 650 has made me fall in love again with riding. Am in SW Washington State a perfect place for this bike. Lots of two lane from Pacific coast to thousands of feet up in the Mountains all within a hundred miles of home. Where the KLR shines is cutting a nice twisty two lane until an interesting logging gravel road comes by. Simply twist off pavement and up the back country. The best way to describe the KLR 650 is think of it as a two wheel Jeep. Great fun and a big smile on this old face.
