Hi! I´m planning to import few years old ~600cc enduro from Germany to here, to Finland. I´ve been thinking these models: Yamaha XT600E, Suzuki DR650 or Kawasaki KLR650. Bike should be less than 10 years old model in good condition with low mileage. Max. price 3000 euro. (In here you have to suffer 5000 Euro for 30tkm 10 year old bike. So that you probably understand my intrest in this. :) DR650 is nice because it´s lightweight (20kg less than Kawasaki) and has more hp & torque. Probably best of them in the woods, and we have lot´s of forest here. I quess there is something wrong with the speed/accel stats. Since I have checked this encyclopedia and it shows that Kawasaki would still go fastest and even accelerate faster than lighter and more powerful Yamaha and Suzuki. Is this because of the good torgue line or because of gearing in Kawasaki or just manufacturer ****? Or maybe it´s Kawasaki Power :) And how much one can trust on these specs they show here? If somebody´s got bike I described for sale in some EU country, let me know, with pictures. -Jukka |
