got 1997 klr with 5400 mile full of accessories handlebar is rusted need replace how and what as close to the original anything will help vibrations. can someone rate the bikes year compare to 2013 what should i do to keep it running smooth. I already change tires to more street friendly. I will only use it for street thumper no dirt
