I bought a KLR 600 brand new in 1986 in Nashua, NH @ Kawasaki East and still own and drive this bike daily to work on Guam. This is a very reliable machine indeed; the only thing ever replaced was a couple sets of tires, battery, Uni-trak suspension protector. This is a turn key mint motor cycle that is still show room condition @ 17,000 miles. The vehicle ispectors can´t believe it is an 86!
