I have a Kawasaki KL250A. Believe it or not I have found some of the parts that I needed on e-bay. I even found a "KAWASAKI KL250 A KEYSTER CARB KIT 1978 - 1979" they have 1 more for $22.50 at "http://stores.ebay.com/Sirius-Consolidated-Inc_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amewaQ3amesstQQtZkm" just type in "kl250 carb" sorry that I can´t help you on the expansion chamber! good luck
