HI IVE JUST BOUGHT A 80´S ISH KE125 ITS NEVER BEEN ROAD REGED IT WAS BOUGHT FOR FARM. IVE GOT NO PAPER WORK FOR IT.IS THERE A WAY OF CHECKING IF IT IS STOLEN OR A RIGHT OFF.I´M GOING TO TRY AND PUT IT ON THE ROAD WITH PATTEN PARTS AND I´M AFTER SOME CONTACTS THANKS.
