I wouldn´t mess with the rotary intake valve. The KE125 is a enduro so it´s going to be geared higher then a trail bike should be. In order to set the Ke125 up for a trail bike you´d have to regear the bike but you´re probably not going to find the parts to do so and even then you´re still riding a 30 year old bike, your best bet is to find another bike.
