just purchsed 03 kdx 200 clutch ????

hello this bike looks hardly ridden and clutch seems to work...but if you stall it you can;t kick it in gear with the clutch pulled in.tries to turn trans too.. also not running put in gear and pull clutch. can´t push bike.do i have some disc and plates stuck.from sitting up? thanks.. any one in NC?
