Clutch problem....

I have a 1982 KDX 175...I have replaced the oil pan gasket and now trying to get it back together. In doing so, I cannot get the clutch to engage the flywheel. When I took the cover apart all I had that was inside the cover was the 13091-015 holder-clutch,the 94025-026 bearing and 13114-1008 pusher. When I look at the parts schematic, it has a small washer-spacer or other piece that I cannot find a part number for. Am I missing something? When I put the unit all together, the clutch moves the arm but does not manipulate the flywheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
