Electrical problem I think????

I have a 1984 GPZ900 that runs great when it´s running, with that said here´s the deal. The bike runs for about 10 minutes and then it loses spark on all cylinders at the same time. Let it set for 5 minutes and it will fire up and away you go for about 5 to 10 minutes. I still have power to everything else after it dies, coils etc. No bad fuses or relays. I know what your thinking, CDI!!!!!!
I changed it already and it does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
