Front brakes hang up

Front brakes hang up

The front brakes on my 1986 GPZ900 Ninja hang up - pressure isn´t released completely after lever is released and eventually the front brakes lock up. I´ve thoroughly bled the system. Anyone have similar experience? Any suggestions fo repair?
