Handling and vibration

Hello all. I bought a used ´91 GPZ900 a few months ago and have a few concerns... The guys I bought it from seem to be more concerned about explaining things away than fixing them.

While the bike is moving, there is a definite hum and vibration coming from either the rear wheel, chain / sprockets or gearbox, also noticable if the bike is on centre stand and the wheel is spinning. How serious is this? The dealer won´t fix it without charging because they´ve denied the existance of a problem from the time I took delivery, and I can´t spend money on repairs in the next two months.

I noticed that the back wheel is not straight - it´s aiming left of the straight mark. There is a difference of two markings on the adjusters for wheel alignment. Could it be that the noise I´m hearing is because the chain is running of the sprocket skew?

The other concern I have is that the front wheel has a bad wobble between 60km/h and 80km/h. This only started after the tyres were replaced, which coincides with the rear wheel alignment problem. Could the handling be affected like this because of rear wheel alignment?

A few words from the wise would be appreciated. Thank you.
