The CV carbs are actually great . Now that you have it running you should syncronize the carbs. This is basically getting them all opening the same. A cheap carb sync gauge is availavble from companies like JC whitney. you run it and adjust the thhrottle plates. once this is done you will be surprised, and its actually not hard to do.
