Top heavy?

Ive owned a GPZ500S for several months now, its a great bike totally reliable and surprisingly fast any 500 that can keep up with SV650s is ok by me. But has anyone noticed that it sometimes seems abit top heavy in commited corners? Maybe cos of the parralel twin being narrow and tall. Any advice would be helpful maybe im doing something wrong.
