The lil 305....hmmm....kinda reminds me what it was like as a learner as its so underpowered compared to my other bikes, but my little put-put go to work bike and I have have so much fun its sometimes hard to get out to ride my Duke! It aint got any power, it handles like runny baby bottom deposits, and you look daft on it in full racing leathers!, but it dont half make you giggle when you ride it cos its just got so much comical charisma to it. Dead fuel ecomomical and I so far havent had amny major mechanical issues with it other then a monumental fight with the carbs (because it had been left stood for 3 years and the carbs were wrecked inside)which are horrible to get in and out and you cannot tune them up unless they are connected upto the air box completely.. I fought with the carbs for months and months before it would even run on both cylinders let alone on the road! but now its getting used a fair bit it runs really sweetly ( and put-put-putty!)
