I have the same problem than you with my GPZ 1100-1982. I had try many changes but nothing to do it still work bad when the engine reach 15 min. of run. it sems to go out of gas. If i stop the engine and wait few minutes it will start and go for another 5 min. and again in trouble. Do you find out your problem?
