Gday sam i have just compleated a carb conversion on my 83 gpz 1100.I used mikuni bs34´s which came off an 83 gpz750,main jet size is 110 pilot is .37 and the needle clip is on the second from the bottom.I also changed the manifold rubbers as they were cracked and perished,I would recomend that manifolds be replaced with z1000j ones as they are slightly larger in diameter (35mm).My bike now runs better than it ever did,hope this is of some help...cheers MATTYT
