You´er so damn lucky in America! Here in Germany they would stick you in jail for adding a Turbo to your bike (no fun). Or you have to have it checked by an institution called TÜV, and that´s expensive - if it works.
But sounds like a nice plan. And I think you´ve choosen the right bike for it. The breaks could handle the new top speed, I think. :)
