Very reliable, used daily for work. 120-130 miles/tank. Needs attention through winter months, ie washing twice a week to keep the salt off the paint work, which is now starting to show signs of rust. Side stand switch needs regular cleaning as does rear brake assembly as they tend to seize with road dirt. Rear break light sender switch changed Feb 02, again probably road dirt due to it´s location. Very cheap to change. Great fun in the summer, seems to run smoother if the revs are kept high. Front tyre last 9000miles (Standard fit Dunlop). BT45 duel compound on the rear now, more grip than the Dunlop GT401 and lasting longer 4000miles with 4mm wear left in the centre. Hope to change next year for ZZR 600. Neil |
