I own a 2004 KTM 300 exc.
FMF Knarly Pipe, 5 rides on a top end rebuild.
The bike was running great; I had taken a log to the pipe hwich bent it and caused there to be an exaust leak atthe cyl head; killed power and loaded up trying to get back to the truck.
Fixed the pipe; went riding and everything was fine.
Last 10 minutes of teh last ride; pipe springs failed, exaust leak again and loading up and power down - loading up.
Now have new springs, pipe quiet; but hard to start, smoking a ton and loading up at idle. if i get on it and clear it out; power is up and runs like normal. If I putt, loading up and smoke, smoke smoke? Not Smelly- normal 2 stroke smell??

Help?
