G´ day PC, I too have just purchased a new 2009 1400GTR (which is what we call them here in Aussie) - I am still running it in, trying not to exceed 4000RPM. Like you this is an exceptional bike and I cannot find fault with it (as hard as I may try)- it has brilliant speed and handling once you get cracking and is very comfy on the long trips. I have just been coming to terms with this machine and it is very hard to keep of it, always inventing excuses to throw the leg over and hit the tarmac. This is only the third Japanese machine I have owned - previously gone for Nortons, Laverda and Motoguzzi. I am very happy with it so far.
