Carburetor Adjustment

I recently bought a 2011 CFMoto 250T-5 that had been sitting for years. I cleaned out the mouse nests , changed all fluids, put in fresh gas and it will run. However, it will not run until it gets very warm nor will it idle well. Once it warms up it runs fine. I am wondering if the carb can be adjusted to raise the idle? Or is this just a bike that doesn´t like the cold? (Currently running a gas additive to clean the carburetor.)
