i have a 79 xl 125 it is a great learners bike it is reliable and starts first kick i think that the xl 125 is a great bike it can go almost any where another 125 and bigger bikes can go every second week i go out on my 125 and give it a thrashing in the mud and up fire breaks and it still holds in there for an old girl
