My 8 year old is very short for his age. He was given a 1981 Suzuki JR50 about a month ago. He took off like a natural. He out grew the power and capabilities within a few weeks. I found a deal on a 2002 XR70R. The height is to much... but power is perfect. He can not touch the ground. I have to hold him up to start and stop. Is there anything I can do to drop the height down a few inches? The seat is not adjustable... I was wondering if maybe a 50 shock will fit and how much change in performance it will cause. Any answers or ideas would be great! Thanks much!!
