Hey all I have an 82 xr500 and the chain seems to be grinding away the front sprocket case I have checked my alignment and chain tension but both are fine I think the front sprocket needs some kind of pin or clip to keep the sprocket from moving freely but the book I have does not mention this part any help would be much appreciated! -nick
