go to BAja Designs and get the carb kit and exhaust kit, will make a dramatic improvemnt. also just a try tip that an old salt gave me and it works every time and i only do it on first start up: PRE-LOAD IT;pull in compression lever, while holding kill button and open throttle, kick down 8-10 times, let everything go, bring to tdc and kick her hard
