I´m re-installing the stock exhaust on my 1994 xr200r. Installed new copper o-ring gasket and split flange. Bolting everything back together and the flange is still loose. Does not seal. Made sure everything is in place and in correct orientation by looking at parts illustrations at dealership. Why will it not tighten down?
