hi i don´t have the xr125, but am quite good at carb jetting, i cant tell you what size to get either, you will have to take the carb off, turn it up side down remove the float bowl, inside there is the floats the needle valve(connected to the float) and the main jet, written on the top of the main jet there is a number, it´ll be some thing around 100 or 102.5 you will need to go up a size or 2 from the original(get both, available from weremoto) this is nessary if you change the exhaust to a better flowing one as it makes your mixture lean (if its lean you´ll over heat the bike) once you have rejetted the bike you´ll have to go for a ride, and see where the flat spots are, the second part to the rejet is the air/feul mixture screw (located on the bottom of the carb,(and some times covered with a brass screw)) if the bike is lean then you wind it out if its rich wind it in. there are a couple more things as well depending on your flat spots, and where they are depending on your revs and how far you have the throttle open. let me know how you get on and ill try tyo help you from there cheers hmmmnz |
