Jetting Question

I have a stock xr100r and was wondering about the jets. If i remove the snorkel fro the air box and remove the end cap off of the exhaust do I really have to re-jet the Carberator? Or can i just run it at stock jets and neddle setting? Just wondering what to do, all help is need.
