mine was doing the same with the backfiring. I think its the stator. When I get the recondition one put back in I will then let you know if thats the possible problem. Rene´
The bike has a fair size fan club around thats for sure. I must say the shaft drive works for me as I would rather have a heavier bike then have to change sprockets and chains all the time..
