looking at the repair man the primary carb does but the sec. shouldn´t and as far as plastic goes u can get factory seconds from dcplastics thats where i found some side covers and a rear fender they may also have what u need but it is probably going to be from a diff. year. i have also seen one off an 87 on ebay but it is white, nothing some paint can´t fix. hope i helped i have the honda service manual for the 83-87 model if u need some other info but i´m not seeling my book, too expensive to replace.
