i have very littel compression on my 83 xl600 so i took it apart cylender wall a littel scraped up. i was told it was my valves. im going to replace piston n rings. how can i be sure its my valves . before it stoped running it had a loud ticing sound at idle. not to sure on what the problem is .can anyone help.
