I am also an owner of a "classic" ´84 xl500s and have had nothing but good things from it. Other than its freaking heavy! I have had it for 2 years, basicly only cleaned it up real good, and a gasket or two. It´s a beast, but a reliable beast.I´ve had two compliments
from total strangers, I guess everyone has a little dirtbike in them.
