Anyone, please send me your recommendations to solve a hot-start problem I´m having with my 1982 XL500r. The bike is totally stock; starts fine when it is cold, but after a 5mile ride and it is warmed up, if I shut it off...it will not restart until it cools off considerably. Spark is good, (checked when hot); it is getting fuel to the carb.; and it runs great once I get it started after a long cool-down period. Please help because I´m half crippled from kicking it when it is hot. Thanks ahead of time for any helpful hints.
