i bought a 85 xl 350 that had a hole in the piston found a piston on ebay checked the number with honda does go to the bike but was 2 thousants of an inch bigger than the sleeve ? honda could not tell me why this was so i honed the sleeve yes honed with coarse stones to gain my 2000 inch installed new rings and set timing per spec . adjusted valves to.002 intake and .003 exhaust . went to turn over engine went 1 and a halve cranks and got stuck, had to loosen exhaust valves to get it to move . why is it doing this any info would help greatly thanks. taylor
