XL 350 R Handle Bar Riser Bushes

I have a XL 350 R 1984 and for the life of me cannot find handle bar riser bushes. They are not the tapered bushes but the press fit bushes top and bottom. Everywhere I have looked I need to buy the entire top yoke. Any suggestions Thanks
